Co-Workers Employees

The Lantern Community now employs approximately 20 people who are engaged in a variety of work, covering areas such as finance, administration, workshops and Companion and house support. The skills that they bring and the commitment they make are valued by all, as well as the positive contribution through social interaction. Our employees are very much part of the Lantern 'family', and included in many social and cultural activities throughout the year. We are currently being accredited for recognition as an 'Investor in People'.
